My Graduation 2009

I was home schooled since being in the fourth grade,
but I went through a school called,
"Midwest Christian Academy"
They hold a graduation ceremony for the
graduates each year. Some years are bigger than
others it just depends on the year.My class was larger
than my sister's,who graduated four years ago from this school, with 12 graduates.
Walking down the aisle.

My dad and I.

I was able to give a short speech.
Mostly just a time to thank the Lord, and your parents
for the hard work they went through.
P.S. I only cried a little:.)

My mom, and dad, and I.

My cousin Hannah graduated with
Me from the same school.
"Hats of to the Graduates:.)"
YIPPEE!!!Were done!

Hannah and I relaxing after the ceremony.

Me,my sister Michelle, and my cousin Hannah.

But then......

We got to eat at the "Cracker Barrel"
YAY!!!

Wouldn't you love these on your front porch:.)
I used these verses in my speech...
some of my favorites
"But thanks be to God!He gives
us the victory through our Lord
Jesus Christ." I Cor.15:57
"Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain
new strength;they will mount up with wings
like eagles, they will run and not get tired,
they will walk and not become weary."
Isaiah 40:31

Vintage Dishes

My grandpa Harold bought
these old dishes for some family
friends a long time ago.My aunt had
them and didn't have a use for them
so she gave them to us.My sister
and I both really liked them so we
split them between us.Mom said they
are probably from around the 40's or50's.

I love the flowers on them!
They are so unique.

I couldn't resist putting this picture on:.)
I saw these cherries outside.There
about done but these one's still looked
nice!

I read this in the Proverbs yesterday
and it stuck in my mind so I thought I
would share it with everyone:
"The name of the Lord is a strong tower;
the righteous run to it and are safe."
Proverbs 18:10
Blessings,

I just wanted to share a couple verses that
have been on my heart this past week!
"For this reason I also suffer these things,
but I am not ashamed;for I know whom
I have believed and I am convinced that
He is able to guard what I have entrusted
to Him until that day!" 2 Tim.1:12
"Now flee from youthful lusts and pursue
righteousness,faith,love and peace,with those
who call on the Lord with a pure heart."
2 Tim.2:22
"Charm is deceptive,and beauty is fleeing,but a
woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised!
Proverbs31:30
